Candles, flowers and stuffed animals have been placed in front of the home of the murdered 9-year-old boy in Herne, Germany, Friday, March 10, 2017. A judge ordered Friday that the 19-year-old suspect in the killing of the boy, in the German city of Herne should be held in investigative detention, as crime scene specialists examined an apartment where the body of a possible second victim, an adult male, was found.
